Description
At West Lodge Farm Park, children of all ages can meet and learn about the rare breeds, handle the rabbits and guinea pigs in Cuddle Corner and laugh at the pygmy goat antics on Goat Mountain. You can handle and cuddle fluffy young chicks and feed the ducks as they waddle over to meet you in Duck Corner.

Go walking along the five miles of nature trails taking you though woods, meadow, by steams and ponds enjoying the diverse wildlife on the way. If you look up you may see skylarks, lapwings and raptors and if you are very lucky you might even see a red kite. Closer to the ground look out for muntjac, hares, wild rabbits and roe deer.

Back at the farm, children can work off their energy in the indoor and outdoor play areas as well as enjoying the free barrel ride which runs every hour. Everyone can enjoy home cooked meals, snacks or tea and cakes in our Rickyard restaurant.

At West Lodge Farm Park we are interested in ensuring the continuation of rare British breeds and this is reflected in the sheep, cattle and pig breeds you will see around the farm.

The Farm has an events programme  throughout the year and will also organise your childs birthday party.

Please note that West Lodge Rural Centre is closed in January.
