Description
Stamford Shakespeare Company is an amateur theatre company, set in the gounds of Tolethorpe Hall, the Rutland Open Air Theatre has been host to the event for many years; which has never been cancelled due to rain.

If you are interested in auditioning for the Stamford Shakespeare Company, auditions are held each September for the following years performances.  You don't have to know the stories as workshops are available.  Acting experience is not necessary, but reliability and dedication are!

There is also an active youth drama group held on saturday that provides a comprehensive grounding in performance skills.  The Stamford Shakespeare Company presents an annual season of plays in June, July, August and early September.
