Shelford Rugby Union Football Club

Shelford Rugby Union Football Club runs four senior teams, a ladies team and youth teams from under 7s to under 19s.  With all its main teams in leagues it plays both competitive as well as local rugby.

Their aim is to be a progressive and dynamic club that combines ambition with traditional rugby values.  Set in private grounds of over 12 acres, it is the only club in the region with four rugby pitches, two of which have floodlights.

The Ladies team has been up and running roughly 10 years and is growing increasingly stronger. At present the squad has roughly 30 members, made up of both experienced players and those that "only came to keep their mate company" but ended up staying themselves!

Rugby for the younger players has been a fixture at Shelford for many, many years. We have had success at all levels through tournaments here and further afield.

FACILITIES :  Gym, Clubhouse, physiotherapy room, showers and changing rooms.
