Description
Learn about the expeditions of Captain Scott and other polar explorers.   The Scott Polar Research Institute Museum in Cambridge holds a collection of artifacts, paintings, drawings, photographs (including cinematographic film, lantern slides, and Daguerreotypes), and other material. A proportion of this is exhibited in a private museum on the ground floor which is freely open to persons with an interest in polar regions. 

As well as the permanent exhibits, the Scott Polar Institute Museum arranges Special Exhibitions regularly and occasionally displays other items of particular interest.

The Scott Polar Museum also run a number of workshops, lectures and seminars open to the public.
