Description
Sacrewell Farm at Thornaugh, Peterborough is an 18th Century mill and country farm where farming and country life treasures lie waiting to be discovered.

There is something for everyone at Sacrewell Farm, from friendly farm animals and play areas, to the working watermill and farm bygones.  Spread over 35 acres you can always enjoy the feeling of space and rural tranquillity, whether you have come to visit for the day or are staying on the campsite.

Tractor rides around the 550-acre working farm are always popular, or try walking the farm trails.  If you are feeling more adventurous you could even try our family orienteering course.  Children have a choice of indoor or outdoor play areas to keep them amused once they have fed the animals.

Sacrewell Farm run a number of special events througout the year and ha
s a resident woodcarver who demonstrates his skill throughout the year and runs courses for those wishing to learn.

There is also Millers Restaurant with home cooked food, a Gift Shop and a camping and caravanning facilities with electric hook-ups, showers and toilets.  Plus a caravan rally site.
