Description
Ramsey Rural Museum is an independent musuem which is staffed, run and managed by volunteers.  Most of the museum is housed in an 18th century farm building and several barns set in open contryside.  Among the many things to see are a Victorian home and school, a village store; and restored farm equipment, machinery, carts and wagons.

You can enjoy exhibits ranging from World War II memorabilia, to agricultural machinery and sports equipment.

The Ramsey Rural Museum puts on a range of special events throughout the year such as painting days and cream tea tours.  They also have a Bargain Barn which sells bric a brac and books every thursday until Christmas.
