Description
The Prickwillow Engine & Drainage Museum houses a unique collection of large engines, centred around the 1924 five cylinder Mirlees.

The Prickwillow Engine Museum is housed in the original Prickwillow Engine House in a picturesque setting on the banks of the River Lark just a few miles from Ely, Lakenheath and Mildenhall. The original building has been extended in recent years to provide modern visitor facilities to cater for families and tourists, as well as the enthusiast of Britain's industrial heritage.

The Prickwillow Museum also includes both an historical and technical insight into the way the present Fenland landscape was created and how the area has been protected from inundation by water over the past four centuries.
