Description
Peterborough Phantoms BMX Club was founded in 1981, soon after the Development Corporation built the BMX track at Orton at the outset of the BMX boom of the 80's. Eight years later the track was handed over to Peterborough City Council, who have supported the maintenance of the track and the of holding major events.

Since 1981 the Peterborough Phantoms BMX has hosted numerous Regional, National and International events, including round three of the 1996 World Cup.   They also have riders who have achieved a top ten European and World Ranking.


BMX has moved on since the 80's: with the introduction of trails, freestyle and BSX.

Club night aims to provide boys and girls of all ages and abilities to have a go at BMX in Peterborough.  Its a lot of fun and a great opportunity to meet people with the same interest.
