Description
The Key Theatre Peterborough has an auditorium with 379 seats and a unique atmosphere - providing both intimacy and an excellent view for all patrons. The theatre programme is made up of 'home-grown' productions, national touring shows, local community productions and a full programme of one-off concerts.

It also runs a Key Youth Theatre as well as singing and dance lessions for 6 to 18 year olds.   You do not have to be a member of the Youth Theatre to join the singing and dance lessons.  All lessons are held at St Marys Church, New Road, Boongate, Peterborough and groups are split accoridng to age and experience by leaders upon application. 

The Key Theatre also runs a Summer School which includes acting, movement, music and singing during the school holiday.  Run on a weekly basis, each weeks activities culminate in an on-stage presentation of the students work every saturday, followed by a party.  

Activities usually run monday to saturday between 9.30am and 5.00pm and a breakfast club is available from 8.30am at an additional charge.

BOX OFFICE OPENING TIMES :  Monday to Saturday 10.00am-8.00pm , Wednesday 11.00am-8.00pm, Sundays on show days only, for one hour prior to the performance until 30 minutes after the performance has commenced.

KEY YOUTH COACHING TIMES : DRAMA - Saturdays 6 - 9 year olds from 10am to 12pm, 10 - 13 year olds from 12.10pm to 2.10pm, 14 - 18 year olds from 2.20pm to 4.20pm, 14 - 18 year olds from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.  SINGING -  6pm - 7pm and 7.15pm - 8.15pm.  DANCE - 6pm - 7pm and 7.15pm - 8.15pm
